 The following suggestions will help you protect your watch warranty coverage. 

◇Water resistant, but we do not recommend you to swim with the watch.

◇Do not drop, knock the watch. Rough handling can break internal movement parts.

◇Only use a soft, clean, dry cloth to clean the surface of the watch.

   Exchange and Return Policy

◇If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notice us within 7 days once you parcel arrive. 

    And we will not process the exchange if it is over 7 days received.

◇However, we will not exchange items unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

◇We will exchange the watch once it has been returned to us with the unused condition. 

    Once the watch returns, we will not bear on the lost of the customs.

Repair

 ◇Limited warranty can be effective for repairing with no parts damaged in the watch.

 ◇We will not bear on the shipping fee and the reshipping fee once the watch needs to be repaired 

    which the item received over 7 days. 

◇In most cases, we will repair the items which are manufacturers' defects. If we cannot repair the watch, 

     we will send you a replacement. If the model is out of stock, you can choose another product of the same value.
